The Pelton Combox is the primary communication device used by our batteries. Our batteries connect wirelessly to the device. The device in turn connects to your inverter using the built-in RJ45 Connector and communication cable.
As the battery information is wirelessly sent to the combox, the combox processes and forwards information about the battery’s state of charge, health, and other important data to the inverter through the communication cable.
The device supports both RS485 and CAN communication and is easily configurable through its screen interface. It is also capable of updating your batteries whenever a firmware update is available, ensuring that your battery system stays up to date and performs optimally and efficiently.
The Combox can connect to your home Wi-Fi network, allowing you to monitor and control your system from anywhere in the world. This gives you the ability to view real-time reports and statistical information about your system without needing to be physically present.
With our dedicated mobile app, you can connect to the Combox remotely or through your local Wi-Fi network to monitor detailed information about each battery connected to it—including individual cell voltages, event logs, battery specifications, internal resistance, and much more.
